William is prompt, honest and delivers on his commitments. This is the fourth container purchase. Small Big Box has great customer service. Providing a special security lock is a nice service provided to the customer. Pick-up of the containers is a smooth process and William does follow-up to ensure that everything goes as planned. When you call Small Big Box William actually answers the phone and is very knowledgeable about storage containers. I wouldn't hesitate to buy another container from Small Big Box - a well managed small business!
